Katrina was really quick to respond to all my questions. This place is situated in the heart of Old Town, well within walking distance to all restaurants and shops. We had a great experience and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Katrina's AirBnb. She was super communicative before and during our stay, she also provided great recommendations for an at home massage therapist. The house was big, spacious, and comfortable for our large 12 person bachelorette group. Highly recommend this property!

The best Airbnb my family has ever stayed at! Clean and spacious. Private while still being in the walkable Old Town district. Pool was sparkling clean. We loved the backyard games and lounge areas outside! Katrina was a wonderful host. If we are ever back in San Diego I know where we’ll be staying!

we had 9 guests for a Bachelorette party and the house was exactly what we needed. it is clean and spacious and located 15min from the gaslamp district. Katrina was responsive and the instructions were clear. would stay again if we ever have another large party in town!

There are no words to describe our appreciation for our host, Katrina. Super proactive, responsive. Thank you Katrina for everything. You really made us feel like we were part of the family. The home is exactly as pictured... and yet, somehow even better. One of our favorite aspects of the home is the amount of personal space each of us had. The layout is so great that you can be together in large groups or small groups, while still having no problem finding space to read and be alone. The views... stunning! And the pool, spa, hot tubs. What a gem and right in the city! And it never hurts to be in walking distance to Rose donuts and the trolley.

Very nice location & beautiful home! Our family of 6 really enjoyed the heated pool & jacuzzi & the games in the backyard! Katrina & Michelle were so responsive & accommodating! So close to the Zoo and the Cove!

We stayed at Katrina’s place for a quick Spring Break trip and loved it. The location was centrally located to everything San Diego has to offer and was walkable to great coffee and food. The house was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and allowed pie family to spread out. We especially loved the outdoor spaces with the pool, hot tub, and green space. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in town.

It is a really big and nice house. Very cool architecture with amazing views. The pool and hot tub were one of the nicest at any Airbnb. The host was also very quick and responsive, answering any questions we had.
