There are no words to describe our appreciation for our host, Katrina. Super proactive, responsive. Thank you Katrina for everything. You really made us feel like we were part of the family. The home is exactly as pictured... and yet, somehow even better. One of our favorite aspects of the home is the amount of personal space each of us had. The layout is so great that you can be together in large groups or small groups, while still having no problem finding space to read and be alone. The views... stunning! And the pool, spa, hot tubs. What a gem and right in the city! And it never hurts to be in walking distance to Rose donuts and the trolley.

Very nice location & beautiful home! Our family of 6 really enjoyed the heated pool & jacuzzi & the games in the backyard! Katrina & Michelle were so responsive & accommodating! So close to the Zoo and the Cove!

We stayed at Katrina’s place for a quick Spring Break trip and loved it. The location was centrally located to everything San Diego has to offer and was walkable to great coffee and food. The house was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and allowed pie family to spread out. We especially loved the outdoor spaces with the pool, hot tub, and green space. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in town.

It is a really big and nice house. Very cool architecture with amazing views. The pool and hot tub were one of the nicest at any Airbnb. The host was also very quick and responsive, answering any questions we had.

My friends and I had a great time staying at this house. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the sunset views were amazing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the various yard games. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Katrina did a great job of communicating. The check in and out processes were very easy. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Super clean with lots of parking. Extremely accommodating. We had a large group that needed space for getting around that was in a central area and this was a great spot. Fantastic stay.

Place was as described, clean, and easy to find. Great views of the city. We had 11 people in our group and did not have to use the pullout couch. The only thing that caught us off guard was a potential extra charge to have the hot tub heated, but Katrina was kind enough to waive the fee. Communication before and during our stay was clear and detailed. Katrina was very quick to respond when we had questions as well. Overall, would stay here again or at another one of Katrina’s properties!

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend in SD, had a great time, house was easy to get to and get into. One consideration is that lower cars will not be able to make it up the driveways as it is steep, thankfully there is plenty of nearby street parking. The location is central and the house is well kept and has a fun character to it.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend since we got married at The Immaculata Church nearby, and it was the perfect choice. The house is historic, clean, and beautiful, with plenty of space on the main floor for our wedding party to get ready.
What really made our stay special was Katrina’s hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you Katrina for helping make our wedding weekend so memorable!
