There will be $2000.00 fine if receive noise complaint from neighbors. they all have our number. Please play lower volume on stereo or TV after 10pm to be respectful of property. Anything damaged or stolen from the property you the guest will be responsible for and charged at my own (the host) discretion. No smoking of any kind on the property including marijuana and vapors. No if's, ands or butts. If my cleaners or I see and/or smell any form of smoke from marijuana or cigarettes, there will be charge of $3,000.00 no exceptions! If you’re a smoker and in need of place to smoke please ask first so I may direct you to one. We ask that you respect the property or we will take action if not. In addition, due to new laws, regulations & insurance purposes we have to say this. This property is not an event, party or gathering hall. Only the guests that were listed in your booking are allowed onto the property. *YOU ARE BOOKING A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. WE HAVE NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE TO BE RESPECTED. NO MUSIC OR LOUD NOISE OF ANY TYPE AFTER 10-PM, ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE. PLEASE TAKE ALL GUESTS INSIDE THE HOME. We do not want to be babysitting hosts or helicopter hosts.
