uniquely designed property sits on 10,000 square feet lot with two separate houses. - house one has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen - house two is identical with 3-bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. - two houses combined have a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms. - both houses together have a total of 5 bedrooms with high-end queen size bunk beds, 2 bedrooms have a king size in each bedroom. a total of 12 beds. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. - included are pool/spa, bbq, outdoor dining, games and enough parking for 8 cars. **worth noting** - we list up to 24 total guests assuming 2 guests share each bed. - this app only allows us to list up to 16 guests. - there are extra charges per each guest after 12 guests. - To avoid any surprises or hiccups during your stay, please ensure that you enter the exact number of guests in your party before booking. - should the be more than 16 total, we would need to know in advance and provide a rate prior to booking. - for events, please message us the exact details and we will happily provide a rate for the event. - please make sure to read all the policies and all information regarding this property prior to booking. - arrangements can be made for a professional chef to prepare meals for the entire stay or nightly/daily. we can provide a massage therapist to come to the property. we can provide daily cleaning service for longer stays. we can offer car rental services. cars can be dropped off and picked up at the property if needed. we can also offer group yacht tours. please message for details. - This unbeatable location is close to dining & nightlife and a short uber to downtown, little italy, San Diego beaches, airport, padres stadium, coronado, sea world, san diego zoo, shopping and attractions. due to a very very few unfortunately bad apples that ruin it for most of our amazing guests we created this message. Please DO NOT take this personally! This is to make sure we are all on the same page. We had a few guests take advantage of our kindness and allow them to use our home without them having respect for the property, neighbors, and/or all the items in the home. In addition, due to new laws, regulations & insurance purposes we have to say this. This property is not an event, party or gathering hall. Only the guests that were listed in your booking are allowed onto the property. *YOU ARE BOOKING A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. WE HAVE NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE TO BE RESPECTED. NO MUSIC OR LOUD NOISE OF ANY TYPE AFTER 10-PM, ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE. PLEASE TAKE ALL GUESTS INSIDE THE HOME. We do not want to be babysitting hosts or helicopter hosts. We expect all to follow the rules or we will be coming by the property with police. We take a video of the entire inside/outside of the home & count of every item in each unit. Should there be damage, missing items, excessive noise and/or any house rules broken, we will enforce our rules and put a claim for anything that has been broken, missing damaged etc. We built this property for all to enjoy respectfully and responsibly. Please follow the rules and respect the property for all after to enjoy as well. If you are offended by this message, then this property is not for you to rent. in addition, please be advised that due to new short-term policies we must make this super clear. There will be a 200 per guest, per night fee if you book for a certain number of guests and there are more guest(s) than on the reservations list. It is less expensive to simply book the exact number from the start or should the guests count change prior to booking date, simply alter the reservations to reflect the correct number and we will gladly accept the request. - Infants are considered as one guest - Children from 2 - 12 pay the same as adults. - Children from 12 > are considered adults. we will charge $5,000.00 in the event of our property being used as an event, gathering, weddings, and/or party hall. we will charge $3,000.00 should we find or smell any type of smoking no matter what type. whether it's cigarettes, pipes, vapes, cannabis, cigars, or anything else. we will need to fumigate, and deep clean for the next guests. DEPOSIT: We reserve the right to include a cash deposit based upon the details of the reservation. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We are not your travel insurance company! Please seriously consider purchasing travel insurance for your upcoming reservation. While travel insurance is not mandatory it can protect against an unforeseen trip cancellation. There are many options for travel insurance. Standard travel insurance costs only 7% of your total invoice and CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance costs just 9.8%. You will be offered the opportunity to add this insurance to your reservation at check-out. Quiet Hours as mandated by San Diego County Code Section 26-88-120 are between 10p and 7a. We stayed here with both our families for our wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was beautiful, spacious, and spotless—everyone had a comfortable room to relax in, and we never felt crowded. The pool and outdoor area were absolutely dreamy and made for the perfect place to unwind in between the celebrations. We also loved how close the house was to hiking trails—it was such a gift to be able to sneak away for a peaceful walk and decompress during such a busy and emotional weekend. It was the ideal home base for such a special time, and we’re so grateful to have found it!

Katrina was excellent, any questions I had were answered super fast. The property was more spacious than I expected which was great for the bigger group I was staying with. Definitely took a lot of the stress out of the usual traveling logistics

Great house to have a big group stay! We went for a joint Bach party. Just beware she send a long of messages and she’s very protective of her place, understandable. It did rain while we were there but didn’t stop us from getting in the warm pool! It doesn’t say in her description but it is an extra charge. One thing i would say is for hosting big groups they need to provide a little more toilet paper and trash bags . But other then that she was a great host and recommend her place if u have a big group

As other guests mentioned, this place is not too far from downtown San Diego by freeway. I really like that the neighborhood was quiet at night. Lastly, the home was very clean!

Katrina and her husband were among the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of knowing in my years of renting, bar none. From the moment of booking to check out, Katrina went the extra mile to ensure we had a smooth and effortless trip while affording peaceful privacy. The home was beautiful, immaculately clean, and incredibly spacious; our larger party had no issues whatsoever with the amazing property, and it's nestled in an unbeatable location that made activities during the day very convenient. The pool and spa were fantastic, very well kept, and a relaxing addition after a day spent enjoying San Diego! Katrina is truly such an amazing host and even all the glowing reviews (which are well deserved) don't fully do her justice; she is exceptionally accommodating, very kind, and responsive in such a way that truly makes it clear how much she prioritizes the needs of her guests to ensure she delivers the best experience. I highly recommend this property and Katrina as a flawless host!

The property was nothing short of amazing! Katrina was very communicative and was able to accommodate our large group. The property was clean and well maintained and would definitely recommend for future people looking for a nice place to stay in the SD area
