We had a few guests take advantage of our kindness and allow them to use our home without them having respect for the property, neighbors, and/or all the items in the home. In addition, due to new laws, regulations & insurance purposes we have to say this. This property is not an event, party or gathering hall. Only the guests that were listed in your booking are allowed onto the property. *YOU ARE BOOKING A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. WE HAVE NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE TO BE RESPECTED. NO MUSIC OR LOUD NOISE OF ANY TYPE AFTER 10-PM, ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE. PLEASE TAKE ALL GUESTS INSIDE THE HOME. We do not want to be babysitting hosts or helicopter hosts. We expect all to follow the rules or we will be coming by the property with police. We take a video of the entire inside/outside of the home & count of every item in each unit.
