Hello. I will kindly ask to please follow these additional house rules: No Parties, gathering (other than booked guests) or events allowed. No extra guests allowed. If planning on having extra guests please ask first. Please be mindful of neighbors with volume inside property and when walking through hallway. There will be $3000.00 fine if receive noise complaint from neighbors who have my number. Please play lower volume on stereo or TV after 10pm to be respectful of property Anything damaged or stolen from the property you the guest will be responsible for and charged at my own (the host) discretion. No smoking of any kind on the property including marijuana. No if's, ands or butts. If my cleaners Or I see and/or smell any form of smoke from marijuana or cigarettes, there will be charge of $3000.00 no exceptions! If you’re a smoker and in need of place to smoke please ask first so I may direct you to one. We ask that you respect the property or we will take action if not. We want everyone to enjoy, have fun & be happy however, we also request you be mindful of the expensive investment we have made.

due to a very very few unfortunately bad apples that ruin it for most of our amazing guests we created this message. Please DO NOT take this personally! This is to make sure we are all on the same page. We had a few guests take advantage of our kindness and allow them to use our home without them having respect for the property, neighbors, and/or all the items in the home. In addition, due to new laws, regulations & insurance purposes we have to say this. This property is not an event, party or gathering hall. Only the guests that were listed in your booking are allowed onto the property. *YOU ARE BOOKING A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. WE HAVE NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE TO BE RESPECTED. NO MUSIC OR LOUD NOISE OF ANY TYPE AFTER 10-PM, ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE. PLEASE TAKE ALL GUESTS INSIDE THE HOME. We do not want to be babysitting hosts or helicopter hosts. We expect all to follow the rules or we will be coming by the property with police. We take a video of the entire inside/outside of the home & count of every item in each unit. Should there be damage, missing items, excessive noise and/or any house rules broken, we will enforce our rules and put a claim for anything that has been broken, missing damaged etc. We built this property for all to enjoy respectfully and responsibly.
