We stayed here with both our families for our wedding weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was beautiful, spacious, and spotless—everyone had a comfortable room to relax in, and we never felt crowded. The pool and outdoor area were absolutely dreamy and made for the perfect place to unwind in between the celebrations. We also loved how close the house was to hiking trails—it was such a gift to be able to sneak away for a peaceful walk and decompress during such a busy and emotional weekend. It was the ideal home base for such a special time, and we’re so grateful to have found it!

Location is great, very close to the airport and in a calm area surrounded by houses and a few business, away from the more cluttered areas in the city if you want some peace in your stay. Easy and private access to the place, everything is as described, all spaces were really clean and spacious. Launa had great communication through our stay, would recommend of your travelling though the city!

Had a wonderful stay at Katrina’s property! Not only was it beautiful, with a great view but it worked for our large group perfectly. Katrina was extremely communicative, helpful and just overall great! Would definitely stay again!

The place was wonderful and so close to so many things fun to do. At night we'd sit on the deck and watch the fireworks show from Sea World. We experienced an appliance malfunction the first night. Katrina was on it right away and within a couple of hours had repair technicians out to resolve the problem. Very responsive. Our family loved this place!

Katrina's place was wonderfully located in Old Town, San Diego. This is an historic and fun place to visit, and very close to the airport and other great San Diego attractions. We used all three apartments and enjoyed all of the amenities provided by the house, especially the heated pool. The kitchens were well stocked with nice appliances and all of the kitchenware needed. The living rooms were comfortable. All of these areas were spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms in great shape. Everything was very clean. We had a delightful stay in her unique and lovely homes.

Katrina’s Airbnb was exactly as described. Very spacious and clean! I had my bachelorette here with 11 girls total. It’s 3 units that all connect from the outside. There was much space for lounging inside and outside. We really enjoyed the pool and backyard area. Neighborhood was quiet and had many restaurants and shops near by. It was only a 10 minute ride from the airport and everywhere we went was only a 10-15 minute uber! Katrina was very informative and responsive. The gates/fence around the units are locked but each unit should have their own lock/key to feel more secure. There are many cameras around the property and many pointing at the pool/backyard area. Lastly, you will receive quite a few automated messages prior, during and after your stay which can be a lot. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Awesome place to stay in San Diego! Great location, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and bars, and easy 10-20 minute drive to any beaches or downtown attractions! Launa is very responsive and helpful. I will be looking to stay here again next time I plan a trip to San Diego.

Katrina was excellent, any questions I had were answered super fast. The property was more spacious than I expected which was great for the bigger group I was staying with. Definitely took a lot of the stress out of the usual traveling logistics

Launa is a fantastic host - responsive, friendly, and eager to help with recommendations, as she is a local. Her place matched the pictures perfectly - clean with clear instructions. It is located on a busy read, so if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend taking the room closest to the street. However, if noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll be just fine, as my family was. The place was perfect for us! It was close to all the locations we needed, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The beach is just a 10-minute drive, and my son had a soccer tournament at Coronado Beach, which was just a 15-minute drive. I would definitely recommend both the area and this place!
